I am super excited to annouce that my new Keen2 bracelets are here! Thank you HabitAware!
It’s been almost three years since I purchased my first set of Keen bracelets.
These bracelets are a gift to me, and a much needed blessing as I am struggling after having the baby.
HabitAware put a lot of love and thought into the design and packaging.

Inside I received a Pause Pouch with my Emoji Moments of Pause booklet inside. There was also a coupon for some fidgets from PickingMe Foundation and a personal note from Aneela at HabitAware (thanks sis, I love you!)
I am super excited to get these charged and learn how to use them.
I already see so many improvements at first glance!
All-In-One Functionality
The wrist strap, battery, and wrist closure are all part of the Keen2 bracelet.
Keen2 has an all-in-one design style compared to the original bracelet where there were multiple pieces.
New Keen2 Packaging Is Sick!
The color scheme is very appealing and all the little inspirational notes along the side are the perfect little touch.

The new box for Keen2 would make a beautiful gift for someone with Trichotillomania.
New Charging Dock
Keen2 comes with a usb charging dock. The bracelet sits on top of the dock. The dock plugs-in via USB.

The original Keen bracelet used a micro USB cable and the battery had to be removed from the strap to charge it.
New Screen Display
The new Keen bracelet has a screen display with the time, date, and battery level! This is the sickest part! I didn’t even know about this until I put them on the charging dock.

The original Keen bracelet didn’t have any screen display at all, it was just a gray battery.
What Does the New Keen2 Display Show?
- Tap Keen once and you get the time and date.
- Tap Keen twice and it gives you the number of times it alerted you.
- Tap Keen again and you will see how many steps you took that day.

Keen2 Updates the Time/Date
The time and date on the Keen2 display update on their own.
Keen2 Keeps Track of How Many Times It Alerted You
Keen has a built-in tracker that keeps count of how many times it alerted you of your habit.
Because you can get false positives, there’s a button on the side you can push to delete any alerts that were not false. A little “X” will appear when you have successfully removed it.

Keen2 Built-In Step Counter
The new Keen2 has a step counter built into it which is great for encouraging me to get out and walk. I was already out walking a couple times a week, but the fact that this thing is counting my steps for me only makes me take MORE steps every day. Exercise is such a big stress reliever, and Keen2 can help support you in getting healthier physically and mentally.
Wrist Closure
The wrist closure for Keen2 is a similar style one you would find on a watch.

The first Keen bracelets used a peg system. I found the peg system to be very unique, but I do like that the strap better.
A Pause Pouch with Emoji Booket
Inside the box was a Pause Pouch! This was inside the shipping box, not the actual Keen2 packaging.

Inside the Pause Pouch, there is a coupon from the PickingMe Foundation and an Emoji Moments of Pause booklet.

New Colors: Charcoal and Lilac.
I asked for one of each of the new colors. I like having two different colors as opposed to two of the same.

When I first bought my Keen bracelets 3 years ago, I bought two of the same color and I got pretty bored with that. Later they came out with colored straps for the first Keen and that made it better to accessorize.
But the colored straps are a thing of the past, the new design is all-in-one.
The strap, battery, and wrist closure are one-piece.
Keen2 is Waterproof
The first Keen wasn’t waterproof and you had to be careful about washing dishes and other activities that involved water, but Keen2 is more resilient near water.
I am ready to start learning how to use my new Keen2 bracelets now that they are fully charged!
The URL to the instructions is on the inside of the box.
I’ll report back with the new FAQs later after I’ve had a chance to test drive them awhile.
