I do not like getting haircuts.
I know I’ve said this before but seriously, my anxiety levels rise because I just don’t want to talk to a hair stylist about having trich..
…it’s obviously noticeable to someone in the hair biz.
I just got a hair cut 6 weeks ago but I have to style my hair with heat or else it looks terrible.
I have naturally thick, wavy hair but the waves have no rhyme or reason so it’s disaster unless I straighten it out…
My trichy area is very noticeable if I don’t straighten it.
After it’s straightened then I can easily clip it back or braid it back.
All the styling though kills the rest of my hair so I have to get a hair cut every six weeks to tame the split ends or it just makes my trich worse.
So, I was thinking of what’s my excuse for the hair dresser gonna be this time?
Hmm…
Gum in the hair maybe?
That’s actually happened to me before and I had to cut it really short?
I haven’t used gum in my hair before.
I might go with that.
Oh, the things we ponder to just go out into society and feel normal.
I mean how many people out there are thinking of a lie to tell the hair stylist at Super Cuts?
something cool did happen this week though….
I Found a Glimmer of Hope on Shark Tank!
Hopefully this every six-week trip to the stylist is gonna get lengthened..
I’m hoping…
I was watching Shark Tank with my husband – I love that show!
Anyway, they had this lady come on with the most perfect hair that she didn’t have to style or do anything to it!
No heating tools.
Nada.
Anytime something about hair comes on TV, I’m glued!
Well, apparently her product, the Sleep Styler will tame your hair perfectly when wet while you sleep.
Now IF this is true, this would drastically cut down on me having to use heat tools to make it look tamed.
PROBLEM! It’s backordered til May or June. 🙁 bummers dude.
But I still ordered it and we shall see.
Anything to cut back on the hair damage has my attention, it’s not like I don’t have enough hair issues to deal with right?
I really don’t like that I have to kill my hair to make it look normal every day.
I’m hoping this is gonna really help!!
I paid a pretty dang penny for some fabric strips, almost $50 with shipping!!
Eeeek, that’s a lot, but this is my hair!!!
Lori Greiner bought in on the deal though, so it has to be good! 😉
